Is Sharimg a subscription based service?

Yes, Sharimg is an annual subscription service. The service can be used for 1 year after purchasing. After that period, you must renew your subscription to keep using Sharimg.

Can Sharimg only be used in an specific sector?

No, Sharimg can be used to share videos for any kind of sector and activity: Sports events, education, medicine...

Can I use Sharimg on Apple (Mac OS) computers?

Yes, Sharimg web application can be used on any device using one of the following browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera o Internet Explorer.


Sharimg desktop application cannot run directly on Mac OS X. For this reason, if you want to run Sharimg on your Apple computer (with Mac OS X) you must first install Windows and then Sharimg desktop application onto that machine. We recommend you to install Windows 8.1 or Windows 10.


You have two options:

Emulation software: A way to install Windows on an Apple computer is by trying one of the following tools, known as “emulation software”: Virtual Box©, VM Ware Fusion© or Parallels Desktop ©.

Boot Camp: Another easy way to install Windows is by using Boot Camp. Boot Camp is installed by default on the Mac if you have version 10.5 (Leopard), 10.6 (Snow Leopard) or higher.

Using the Boot Camp tool, you must install the operating system and any available service packs (the best option is Windows 7, 8 or 10). Once you have this all installed, you can run Sharimg.

Can I use Sharimg on iPad/iPhone or Android tablet?

Yes, Sharimg web application can be used on any device using one of the following browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera or Internet Explorer.

Can I use Sharimg on two computers?

Yes, you can use Sharimg on different computers just by entering your user name and password.

Can I still use Sharimg after my subscription ends?

No. If this happens you will not be able to connect to Sharimg, so you must renew your subscription for 1 more year.

What happen to videos uploaded in Sharimg if I don’t renew my subscription?

In these cases the videos will stay in Sharimg for a period of 30 days. After that period all videos will be permanently deleted and there will be no option to recover them.

Can I use Sharimg without an internet connection?

No, Sharimg web application will only work when you have an internet connection. Sharimg desktop application will work, but you will not be able to upload any video.

Can I share video with someone who doesn’t have a Sharimg subscription?

No, videos uploaded to Sharimg can only be shared with Sharimg users in the same organisation. In case of having an S100 subscription, you will also be able to share videos with any user in the Sharimg platform.

What is the difference between an Administrator User and Standard User?

An Administrator User will be able to make and manage Standard User accounts. Administrator Users can also upload, download, organise and share videos in the platform, and check the activity of any member of their team, add comments and tag in the videos and also enable the download option for videos.

Standard Users will be able to see, comment and download the videos an Administrator User has shared with him.

Can I use Sharimg when I have no storage space left?

Yes, you can still use Sharimg as normal, although you will not be able to upload any new video. To upload a new video, you will need to delete some old videos to free up space in your account for the video you want to upload.

Can I upload videos from any device?

Yes, using Sharimg web app you can upload videos from any device with internet conection and any of the following browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera o Internet Explorer. The web app will allow you to upload videos one at a time. Once the videos are uploaded you will be able to change its settings.

To upload videos in a more comfortable way to Sharimg you must use the desktop application. The minimum requirements for the desktop application are: An internet connection of at least 3Mb of bandwidth and a computer with Windows 10, 4GB of RAM memory and an Intel i3 CPU or equivalent.

Is Sharimg integrated in any video edition software?

Yes, Sharimg is integrated in Nacsport. This will allow you to upload videos to Sharimg directly from Nacsport through the desktop application.

Can I test Sharimg before buying a subscription?

Yes, you can. Anyone can try Sharimg during 15 days absolutely free. This trial will be restricted to the following: 5Gb of non-reusable space, up to 15Gb of downloads or playbacks, 20 minutes of footage uploads via web application and 2 Administrators and 3 Standard Users.

Videos allocated in Sharimg will be removed 15 days later the trial period has finished. In case of purchasing a plan within those 15 days, those videos will be maintained.

I cannot log in Sharimg.

First check your internet connection. If the issue continues, check that you are entering the correct user name and password. In case you don’t remember your user name or password, please contact your account administrator.

If you have a Standard User account and you continue having issues logging in after following the previous steps, it is possible that an Administrator User has blocked your access. In this case you must contact your account administrator.

How can I change my password?

You must first login using your user name and password. From the user menu, click on the following option:

Then, you can access the user options and from the menu you can change your password for a new one.

I cannot download videos from Sharimg?

The option to download videos from Sharimg is limited by the Administrator User who uploaded the video and they decide who has access to download the video. If you want to download a video which is not enabled to download, please contact the Administrator User who uploaded the video.

What are the minimum requirements to use Sharimg?

For the web application you will need an internet connection of at least 3Mb of bandwidth and a device using any of the following browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera or Internet Explorer.

For the desktop application you will need an internet connection of at least 3Mb of bandwidth and a computer with Windows 10, 4GB of RAM memory and an Intel i3 CPU or equivalent.

Can I use any video in Sharimg?

Sharimg can work with any video in mp4 (h.264) format.

I cannot upload an attached file.

Please check the file is one of the following formats: doc, .pdf, .jpeg, .png, .tiff, .bmp, .nac, .naccat, .pre.

I deleted a video by mistake and I don’t know how to recover it.

Contact support@sharimg.com in less than 5 days after deleting the video in order to recover it.


I don’t get Sharimg notifications in my email.

To send notifications by email you have to login using your Administrator User account and then check the "Send notification" option you will find by any video comments (public or private). If this option is active and you are still not getting notifications in your email, please check your spam folder.

I cannot upload a video.

Please check your internet connection and also that the file is in the following format: .mp4 (h.264).

In case that after following the previous steps you continue having issues uploading a video is possible that you have no space left in your account. In this case you will need to delete some old videos in order to free space in your account for the video you want to upload.
